Step 6. How to manage received requests

This article explains how to manage quotes in the Pop-up Store admin.

Visitors to your Pop-up Store can contact you in two ways:

  1. Direct contact: This sends you an email with the direct contact request, including all necessary information to reach out to the lead and start the conversation.

  2. Quote request: When visitors select a product and request a quote, this request appears in the Quotes section of the Pop-up Store back-end. You will also receive an email notification informing you about the new lead.

When you open a quote, you will see:

  • The lead’s contact details, including name, email address, and phone number

  • The product SKU and title

  • Any comments added by the lead

  • An overview of the selected options

  • The stated price, excluding shipping and VAT

You have two possible actions:

  1. Review the conversation and check which choices the lead has made so you are better prepared when getting in touch.

  2. the requested product directly in the Print.com web app to make adjustments to the product or pricing based on your professional added value.
