How can I see the status of my order?
In your notification overview you will see a list of your open notifications. Here you will also find a Track & Trace button to immediately follow the status of your order.
I am not satisfied with my order
If a product does not meet your expectations, we would love to hear about it. After all, we won’t do it for less than a WOW!
Complaint
This is how to make a complaint in the web app:

Go to the ‘Orders’ heading in the main menu.

Open the order you are not satisfied with, click ‘Actions’ and then ‘Report’.

Fill in the form as completely as possible, preferably with photos.
After receiving your report, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.
