Not satisfied with your order? Submit a complaint via the webapp and we’ll help you quickly—usually within 1 working day. Complete the form as fully as possible for a fast resolution.

If a product does not meet your expectations, we would like to hear from you. When you make a report with your order, we try to solve it as quickly as possible. You will usually receive an answer from us within 1 working day.

How can I see the status of my order?

In your notification overview you will see a list of your open notifications. Here you will also find a Track & Trace button to immediately follow the status of your order.

I am not satisfied with my order

If a product does not meet your expectations, we would love to hear about it. After all, we won’t do it for less than a WOW!

Complaint
This is how to make a complaint in the web app:

  • Go to the ‘Orders’ heading in the main menu.

  • Open the order you are not satisfied with, click ‘Actions’ and then ‘Report’.

  • Fill in the form as completely as possible, preferably with photos.

After receiving your report, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.
