Easily track your order status with a white label Track & Trace page—no Print.com branding. Get email updates, see estimated delivery time, and share the link with your customer.
After you have placed an order, you will first receive a confirmation by email. You can always see the current status of your order in your order list. When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a link to the white label track and trace page.
White label Track and Trace
The white label Track and Trace page is available immediately after ordering and can easily be shared with your customer. Here you can find for example the expected delivery time and a preview of the design. Furthermore, you can easily share the page with others who want to follow the order.

What does the status of my order mean?
Waiting for file
Your order has been received but no file has been added yet. Please submit your files before the deadline to avoid postponing the delivery date. With this status, you can still change the delivery address or cancel the order free of charge.
Added file
You have added your file(s) but have not checked them yet. Please check your file before the deadline to avoid postponing the delivery date.
File approved
You have added and approved your file. Your order will now be checked by us and taken into production.
File(s) rejected
There is something wrong with your file(s) and we will contact you to indicate how to submit the files correctly.
Check design
Our automatic file check has found issues with your files. Check if your design is ready for printing.
On hold
Your order is waiting for payment. This can occur if you have chosen direct payment and something has gone wrong during payment.
File being checked
Our file checkers are checking your file. If there is something wrong, we will contact you.
In production
Your order has been processed by the production location. With this status it is still possible to change your delivery address, but the product itself can no longer be changed.
Order shipped
Your order has been packed and taken with the delivery service. From this status it is no longer possible to change the delivery address or sender address.
Order on its way
Your order is on its way and will be delivered soon by the delivery service.
Order delivered
Your order has been delivered by the delivery service.
Cancelled
Your order has been cancelled. If your order has not yet gone into production, no costs will be charged.
