The service levels of our delivery services differ per region, as you often know best. That is why you choose which delivery service will deliver your order. We work together with DHL, PostNL, DPD, UPS and our own courier service. So you can choose the delivery service you prefer.
Courier
With our courier service, we pick up your order at the production site and deliver it to a distribution centre without any intermediate stops. So you can be sure that your parcel will be delivered on time. By the way, our vans have no Print.com advertising.

Why is a certain delivery service not available?
In some cases, a delivery service (or several) is not available. This may be because, for example:

Your parcel is too large for a specific delivery service

The delivery service cannot deliver to the delivery address

The delivery service does not visit the production location on that day
Good to know: We deliver fragile orders by default by a sameday courier to prevent damage
What are the delivery times?
The time frame for receiving your parcel depends on the delivery service you choose. For the current status of your order, please check the track-and-trace link you received.

What is the delivery reliability of delivery services?
As we have no influence on how busy the delivery services are, you choose your own delivery service in the shopping basket. After all, you know best which delivery service is the most reliable in your area. Want to be sure your order will arrive on time? Then choose extra security or a courier (if available).

Why has my delivery service changed?
In exceptional cases, we will adjust the delivery service you have chosen. For example, if your parcel is otherwise delayed, or if there are (major) problems with the chosen delivery service. We do this only to avoid delays.
