Delivery Deadlines
Delivery deadlines vary per product and chosen delivery moment. If you choose a delivery moment that requires a longer production time, you will need to upload your design earlier and check it in the Studio.
Is the deadline not feasible? The system automatically adjusts the delivery moment to a (working) day later.
Tip: Do not wait until the last moment to order and deliver your files. It is often overlooked that if these are not in stock, it may take longer to produce a new order, especially if the last possible delivery date for the deadline has passed.

Where can I find the deadline for my order?
Once your order is in production, you can see the expected delivery date. You can find this information in your order overview. Each product has a different delivery time, which is also indicated. Is the deadline not feasible? Then the delivery date will automatically adjust! You can find the delivery deadlines on three places in the web app.
On the product page
As soon as you have selected the product, you will see the delivery deadline and the corresponding delivery date.
In the shopping cart
Ordering from the shopping cart? Here you will find an overview of the expected delivery date (links) and the delivery deadline + time (right).
On the order list
You can also see if there are any orders that need to be delivered earlier, as well as the corresponding delivery date and time.
