Step 3. Set up your Pop-up Store profile

This article provides a guide to setting up your Pop-up Store profile.

Go to your profile in the top right corner of the screen and then click My account. Here you can adjust the following settings:

Language

Choose the language of your Pop-up Store.
Currently available languages are Dutch, English, German, French, and Spanish.

Default margin (%)

Set a default margin. This percentage will automatically be applied to all your products.

Connect WhatsApp

You have the option to link your WhatsApp number to your Pop-up Store so users can message you directly via WhatsApp. Enter the phone number where you can be reached.

Catalog mode

Enable catalog mode if you only want to display products and options without showing sales prices. Website visitors can configure products and submit a request, but they will not see prices while selecting. In the backend request, you will be able to see the recommended retail price based on the set margin.

Contact details

  • Pop-up Store widget email address: the email address visible in your Pop-up Store

  • Notification email address: this email address receives notifications when you receive a request or message

  • Phone number: the phone number displayed in your Pop-up Store

  • Company name: the name of your company as shown in your Pop-up Store

  • Domain: the domain of your website
