In My Account, you can easily manage your Print.com account.

Here you can set up your plakbon, invite colleagues, and change settings such as:

  • Your login details
  • Your default delivery and billing address
  • Your default sender address


Who can access the web app?

Our web app is an invite only ordering platform designed exclusively for *frequent flyers* such as creative designers, advertising talents, resellers and in-house marketers. By using the right *tools* we make the work of these professionals faster and easier. 

The use of specialised jargon can confuse other customers. To avoid disappointment, we refer this group to our professionals.

What are your opening hours?

Our crew is at your service Monday through Friday from 8am to 5.30pm. Outside our opening hours, send us a chat message or send us an email so that we can answer your question the next working day!

How can I get in touch?

We always love to hear from you! We are available by phone, email and chat from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

In most cases, a chat message is the fastest because you are immediately put in touch with the right person. You can also chat with us outside opening hours, which we will answer once we are available again.

Are you in a hurry or do you prefer to speak to someone in person? Then drop us a phone call on 088 751 11 11.

E-mail
Prefer to send an email? You can always send us an email to app@print.com. We try to answer within one working day.

Do you have your own production facilities?

In addition to the office hub in Deventer, we have a second terminal in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. We do not produce at these locations. We have another two print partner locations for producing; Kampen and Groningen. These production locations are unique in their own way and have their own specialities.

  • Kampen: Screen printing, transfer and digital printing on textile.
  • Groningen: Offset, digital and large format

What is co-creation?

Co-creation is about building our print platform together and making it the best it can be. Therefore your feedback is vital to us. With your ideas and the discoveries along the way, we can achieve great results together!

Wat is de standaard afzender?

We send all our packages blank, i.e. without advertising by Print.com. As we are obliged to name a sender, your own address is listed by default as sender. Start the tour to change your default sender.

The packing slip
Complete your shipment by sending parcels in your name with our personalised packing slip option. We put an extra sticker on almost every parcel: the sticker. This sticker not only shows the contents of the parcel, but also your logo. This is handy when the parcel is sent directly to your customer. This way, it is clear at a glance who the parcel belongs to.

What kind of messages can I get?

If you have enabled notifications, you will occasionally receive a notification from Print.com through your browser. We send notifications regarding important app updates. You can change your browser settings at any time.
