Delivery options

To ensure your order is delivered perfectly, we offer various delivery options.

For example

  • Sending your order to multiple addresses
  • A packing slip on the box with your own logo
  • Choice of multiple carriers or a courier service

At Print.com we like clarity

  • 95% of our orders are delivered to you at the agreed time. 5% are delayed during production or delivery.
  • Is your order delayed? In most cases, you will still receive your package within one working day.
  • Print.com ships packages incognito: your customers won’t see who the sender is.
  • Recyclable air cushions and sturdy kraft paper tape ensure that your order is maximally protected during transport.
  • You can always count on first-class service from our crew.

If you choose ‘conscious’, you choose to stay in control. This means you are responsible for providing correct print files. You also select your own carrier when placing your order. The delivery time and quality of your order depend on the carrier you choose. From the moment of shipping, the carrier is responsible for delivering your order on time.

Have you chosen the ‘conscious’ delivery option and is your package delayed? Then the carrier has 2 working days (counting from the final delivery date) to trace and still deliver your package. If your package has not been delivered after 2 working days, we will provide a free reprint. Has the 2-working-day period not yet passed, but would you like a reprint at your own expense? Then please contact us.

Good to know: if you choose express delivery or nice and fast, the maximum waiting time with 'conscious' is 1 working day.

Do you want Print.com to check your files before they go to print? If you choose ‘assured’, our graphic professionals thoroughly check your PDFs for errors. Please note: content-related aspects such as grammar, page numbering, and the positioning of texts and/or (low-resolution) images in your files are always your own responsibility.

Just like with the ‘conscious’ option, you choose your own carrier when placing your order. The delivery time and quality of your order depend on the carrier you choose. From the moment of shipping, the carrier is responsible for delivering your order on time.

An additional advantage of the ‘assured’ option is that Print.com takes over responsibility from the carrier sooner in case of delays. Is your package delayed by the carrier? Then the carrier has 1 working day (counting from the final delivery date) to trace and still deliver your package. If your package has not been delivered after 1 working day, we will (if necessary) provide a free replacement reprint.

Has the 1-working-day period not yet passed, but would you like a reprint at your own expense? Then please contact us.

Do you have a tight deadline and don’t want to leave anything to chance? With the ‘priority’ option, we, the Print.com crew, will go all out to make sure you receive your order at the agreed time. After placing your order, we will personally contact you. A graphic professional and personal order manager will check your files for technical aspects, ensure your order goes to print on time, and advise you on the most suitable delivery service. Please note: content-related aspects such as grammar, page numbering, and the positioning of texts and/or images in your files are always your own responsibility.

Is your order still delayed? Then, in close consultation, we will provide a free reprint, a courier, or a refund. Please note: your order manager may advise you to use a courier service. In some cases (for example with large travel distances) we charge an additional fee for courier shipping. If you deviate from this advice and choose another delivery service, we cannot guarantee on-time delivery of your order. Any courier costs will then still be at your own expense.

What is the difference between the ‘delivery options’ and ‘express surcharge’?

If you choose an express surcharge, Print.com will deliver your package to the carrier earlier. This is possible because we prioritize your order (for an additional fee) in our print schedule. From the moment of shipping, the carrier is responsible for on-time delivery. Do you choose the ‘assured’ or ‘priority’ delivery options? Then Print.com takes over responsibility for on-time delivery from the carrier sooner. For example, by offering a reprint or express delivery via courier.
