# Credit invoices

## Entitled to a credit? We’ll refund you quickly or offset the amount with outstanding invoices. Contact our finance department if you have any questions.

Are you entitled to a credit? Then we will refund you as soon as possible, promised. In most cases, this takes no longer than a few working days. You can also choose to offset the credit invoice with outstanding invoices. Just as easy.
